“Balm” is a less accurate description because it implies there’s a glossy or sticky texture, which it’s not the case. It’s creamy to the touch but applied smoothly on skin.
One of the Ingredients is caprylic-capric-triglyceride which is a super common emollient that makes your skin feel nice and smooth. It comes from coconut oil and glycerin, it’s light-textured, clear, odorless and non-greasy. It’s a nice ingredient that just feels good on the skin, is super well tolerated by every skin type and easy to formulatej with. No wonder it’s popular.
I totally recommend and being loving it for a complete makeup removal.
