Cleansing your facial PORES at home

Cleaning and opening your pores is the best way to prevent dirt, acne and infections that can occur on your face. Gentle steam also removes toxins, makeup and dead cells. It also circulates your blood flow and that gives you the glowing look. These are the benefits and this process is easy to do and can be done in the comfort of your own home.

I can help you get started:

Heat a pan of distilled water until a boil then remove it from stove. Put your face right over the steam a little at a time. If it's to hot push back a little until you can bear it. Steam for about ten min and the sweating is what is releasing from the pores.

Warnings:
Do not over heat your skin. It can cause burns and broken capillaries.

You can follow with a toner to close pores and your favorite moitorizer. Enjoy this moment of me times. You will feel so new and refreshed. Keep beautiful and come back for more beauty tips.

Thank you,

  1. This is one of my favorite things to do but sadly I don't do it often. I have never tried doing this with distilled water but I will be giving it a try.
