I promise I am not Lecturing you , just ENLIGHTENING you. I am going to make this post short and to the point. I used to smoke and I quit in 2001. Was it hard? OHH yea it was! But so worth it.
For me beauty comes inside out. Why workout, why eat healthy, why get facials and massages? Why, Why, Why? If all you do is smoke your beauty away!
- chokes skin - reduces blood supply to skin , that is why your skin looks yellow and dull. Smoking for 10 minutes decreases oxygen for almost an hour. Toxins build up and accelarates aging.
- wrinkly skin - destroys collagen and elastin. More wrinkles and sagging skin faster!
- Ability to heal - wounds take longer to heal and scars are more likely to form.
I am all for skin care. Take care of your skin it's the only one you got. Stay healthy for you and your loved ones! Think about quitting today...
