Vitamin E and Wrinkles


You can find vitamins in so many forms such as foods, supplement pills, and even skin lotions. What are the benefits of Vitamin E, you ask yourself? Well it is needed for the care of the skin. This is why I am here to tell you all about it. ;)


How does it work?

Vitamin E is an important vitamin required for the proper function of many organs in the body. It is also an antioxidant. This means it helps to slow down processes that damage cells.
It's common knowledge that vitamin E is good for your skin, but not many people could tell you exactly what this nutrient does and vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects and repairs your skin.
Antioxidants are agents that neutralize the oxidant effect of free radicals, which are molecules that damage collagen and cause skin dryness, fine lines and wrinkles. Vitamin E is one of the most powerful antioxidants, but your body can't produce it, which means you have to make sure you're getting enough of this valuable nutrient in your diet. Eating foods high in vitamin E and taking vitamin E supplements if you can't get enough through your food intake can can help prevent premature aging of your skin.

Some of many jobs for the Vitamin E:

Vitamin E acts as a powerful antioxidant by neutralizing free radicals in the body that cause tissuedamage.

 itamin E also contributes to a healthy circulatory system and aids in proper blood clotting and improves wound healing.

Vitamin E is also used for diabetes and its complications. It is used for preventing cancer, particularly lung and oral cancer in smokers.

Women use vitamin E for preventing complications in late pregnancy due to high blood pressure,   (PMS), painful periods, menopausal syndrome, hot flashes, and breast cysts.

Vitamin E is sometimes used for improving physical endurance, increasing energy, reducing muscle damage after exercise, and improving muscle strength.

Vitamin E is also used for cataracts, asthma, respiratory infections, skin disorders, AGING SKIN, sunburns, for certain inherited diseases and to prevent allergies.

Some people apply vitamin E to their skin to keep it from aging and it also helps on skin's dark spots.

Let's slow down aging process ladies and look fabulous. We only have 1 skin why not take care of it now.
